This page lists the third-party services we use to deliver the Services described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Each provider is engaged under its own terms and is bound by its own security and privacy commitments. Client Data is hosted on the Platform in Snowflake’s Sydney, Australia region.
Sub-processors
These providers process Client Data, or personal information we hold, on our behalf.

Other providers
These providers support the Services but do not process Client Data on our behalf.
- Google and Microsoft sign-in. When an Authorised User signs in with a Google or Microsoft work account, that provider authenticates its own user and shares a basic profile with us. It does so for the user, under the user’s own terms with the provider, not as our sub-processor. Both operate globally.
- Google Workspace. Our own email and documents. Correspondence with Clients passes through it; Client Data on the Platform does not. A global Google service.
- Cloudflare. Domain name services for datadrift.com.au. Cloudflare directs traffic to our providers and does not receive page content, sign-in data or Client Data. Global.
